Finca Fonsalía is located in the coastal area between the villages of Alcalá and Playa de San Juan in the municipality of Guía de Isora in the area known as Fonsalía, on the island of Tenerife. The southwest of Tenerife has a large area of banana plantations thanks to the excellent soil for growing this tropical fruit, which is so popular on the local, national and international markets. The banana has become a staple food in every home.
With a mostly volcanic soil it might seem complicated to make this fruit grow, but the properties of this marvellous soil made its variants much more special.
Very good location, first line of the sea, between the towns of Alcalá and Playa de San Juan, at a short distance from the motorway connection to the TF-1 motorway (south of Tenerife) and close to the cooperatives in the area.
