The stage is configured as a separate module within the main hall, with a ceiling<br \/>\nconsisting of a concrete slab.<br \/>\nTaking advantage of the slope of the street along the building\u2019s fa\u00e7ade, a storage room was built in the semi-basement, which has also been used as a bar.<br \/>\nFrom the street, a flight of steps leads to the ground-floor lobby, which houses a canteen and toilets for men and women. To one side is the ticket office, where the main electrical distribution board is located.<br \/>\nFrom the foyer, two wide doors lead into the auditorium, which is divided by two longitudinal aisles and one transverse aisle. The latter leads to an emergency corridor that opens directly onto the street and also connects to the cinema\u2019s rear grounds. At the back of the auditorium is the stage, with a folding projection screen and curtains fitted with electric mechanisms. The stage floor is a wooden platform; beneath it, and covering its entire surface, are dressing rooms and toilets, with access from the auditorium and direct access to the stage as well.<br \/>\nFrom the main foyer, two side staircases lead to the amphitheatre foyer, which is arranged as a gallery above the stalls. The upper foyer also has its own canteen and separate toilets for ladies and gentlemen, as well as a spacious outdoor terrace. A side door leads to the service staircase leading up to the projection booth.<br \/>\nAdjacent to the projection booth is a toilet and a room used for rewinding films. The projection booth is equipped with two 35 mm film projectors. One of them dates from the time the building was constructed, whilst the other is quite modern, having been installed around 1980; it is capable of handling 80-minute reels and features a xenon lamp, and is in good condition and fully operational.<br \/>\nAbove the cabin is an accessible roof, shared by the dwellings, from which there is an access door to the plenum space between the false ceiling and the pitched roof; this door can be opened for maintenance work on the lighting and sound systems.<\/p>\n<p>HOUSING<br \/>\nOn the upper floor, above the lobby and mezzanine terrace, there are two recently built, fully furnished flats in excellent condition. Access is via a separate entrance and staircase from the street, independent of the cinema. The water and electricity supplies are also separate, and there is an intercom system.<br \/>\nThe two flats, together with the entrance hall, cover a total area of 140 m\u00b2. Both have two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as an internal courtyard for sunbathing and access to the roof for residents\u2019 use and enjoyment.<br \/>\nThe finishes are of a high standard, with artificial granite flooring, plastered walls and tiled walls in the kitchen and bathroom. El suelo del escenario es un tablado de madera y bajo el mismo y en toda su superficie se dispone de camerinos y servicios, con acceso desde la sala y directo al escenario tambi&#xE9;n. \nDesde el vest&#xED;bulo principal y por medio de dos escaleras laterales se accede al vest&#xED;bulo del anfiteatro dispuesto en visera sobre el patio de butacas. El vest&#xED;bulo superior dispone tambi&#xE9;n de cantina propia y aseos independientes para damas y caballeros, as&#xED; como de una amplia terraza exterior. Por una puerta lateral se accede a la escalera de servicio para subir a la cabina de proyecci&#xF3;n. \nAnexo a la cabina de proyecci&#xF3;n se dispone un aseo y un cuarto usado para el bobinado de las pel&#xED;culas. En la cabina se cuenta con dos m&#xE1;quinas de proyecci&#xF3;n de pel&#xED;culas de 35 mm. Una de ellas es original de la &#xE9;poca de construcci&#xF3;n del edificio y la otra es bastante moderna, instalada sobre el a&#xF1;o 1980, con capacidad para bobinas de 80 minutos y l&#xE1;mpara de Xen&#xF3;n, en buen estado y perfectamente operativa. \nSobre la cabina se encuentra una cubierta transitable, compartida por las viviendas, desde la que existe una puerta de acceso al plenum entre falso techo y cubierta inclinada, practicable para operaciones de mantenimiento sobre sistemas de iluminaci&#xF3;n y sonido.\n\nVIVIENDAS\nEn planta Alta, en la superficie sobre el vest&#xED;bulo y terraza de entresuelo, se encuentran dos viviendas en perfecto estado de habitabilidad, de construcci&#xF3;n reciente y amuebladas.
